Our DTF printing technology allows for large-format printing. The width must be 22 inches, and height is most 180 inches. If you exceed 180 inches length, you have to make another file. For example, you have 22" x 240" file, you can separate to 22" x 180" and 22" x 60" two files.

We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure high-quality prints with sharp details, CMYK color mode, and transparent background.

Ensure your heat press is clean and free from any debris or residue.
Pre-heat the press to the recommended temperature for DTF printing (typically around 320°F to 340°F or 160°C to 170°C). Ensure the fabric is clean and free from any wrinkles. If necessary, pre-press the fabric to remove moisture and wrinkles. Position the DTF print on the fabric with the printed side facing down.
Place a non-stick protective sheet or parchment paper over the DTF print to prevent any ink transfer to the heat press. Set the heat press to the recommended temperature for DTF printing. Press the fabric and DTF print assembly for the specified duration (usually around 8-10 seconds). Carefully peel off the DTF film from the fabric. Ensure the film is peeled in one smooth motion to avoid any distortion. For optimal results, consider pressing the fabric again for a few seconds without the DTF film. This helps set the ink and enhance durability.

Wait at least 24 hours before washing the printed garment.
Machine wash inside out in cold water using a mild detergent.
Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.
